1. Introduction

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered GBK808 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. GBK808 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate account activity. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended, and any associated bonus claims or winnings may be voided.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. 4.3 KYC Verification

5. Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

GBK808 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and its associated services for personal entertainment purposes only, subject to compliance with these Terms at all times.

5.2 Personal Use Only

All activity on your GBK808 account must be conducted by you personally. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account. Betting on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to bet on your behalf through your account, is strictly prohibited.

5.3 Automated Systems

The use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic systems to interact with or manipulate the GBK808 platform is strictly prohibited. GBK808 employs active monitoring to detect such activity and will take immediate action, including account closure and forfeiture of associated funds, upon detection.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. GBK808 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made from unverified or third-party accounts will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must have completed KYC verification; (b) all applicable wagering requirements attached to any claimed bonuses must be fully satisfied; (c) withdrawals must be made to an account or method registered in your own name; (d) the minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. GBK808 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests of RM 5,000 or above.

6.4 Cryptocurrency

Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT, BTC) are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the on-chain transaction is confirmed. GBK808 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or network transaction fees. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are available to players who deposited via crypto and have completed KYC verification.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by GBK808 are subject to specific terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms. Players must read and accept the individual promotion terms before opting in to any offer. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

13. Suspension & Termination

GBK808 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified or is suspected.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected on the account.
• KYC verification cannot be completed to GBK808's satisfaction.
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been raised in respect of a deposit.

Upon termination for breach, GBK808 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding bonus balances and associated winnings. Genuine real-money balances not subject to pending investigations will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Players under self-exclusion may not re-register during the exclusion period.

14. Amendments to These Terms
